Send the product name and colour. For men's clothing, say which garment measurements you need. For boys' clothing, include the listed size you are considering; an age label alone is not a fit guarantee. Please avoid sending a child's photograph or unnecessary personal details.

Include the order number and checkout email, then describe the issue. If you need to correct an address or request cancellation, put that request first so its feasibility can be checked against dispatch status. Never send passwords, OTPs or UPI PINs.
